We hope you are happy with your purchase or gift from us. If in the unlikely event your goods are faulty or you are not happy with them, we cannot offer an exchange but returns are accepted within 14 days provided the item is in its original condition.
Please send the faulty Hinchcliffe & Barber goods back to us recorded delivery to ensure we get them and we will examine them. The If approved, we will refund your money. We will always try to resolve any issues so please contact us directly on sales@hinchcliffeandbarber.com to discuss any problems you may have.
We cannot refund postage for returns.
If you are returning items please note that ceramics need to well packaged (with no movement in the box) in the original packaging if possible. If the items arrive broken we cannot issue a refund.
