Returns

Shipping costs are added to your order at the time of purchase. We usually ship via Royal Mail. Prints will require a signature upon delivery.

We hope you are happy with your purchase or gift from us. If in the unlikely event your goods are faulty or you are not happy with them, we cannot offer an exchange but returns are accepted within 14 days for ceramics and kitchen textiles, and accessories provided the item is in its original condition. Prints have a returns policy of 7 days, the tissue paper must be in place to protect the fragile paper, the print must be returned to us by tracked delivery, the return postage is the customer's expense. Personalised goods or fabric by the metre is not returnable.
Please send the faulty Hinchcliffe & Barber goods back to us recorded delivery to ensure we get them and we will examine them. If approved, we will refund your money. We will always try to resolve any issues so please contact us directly on sales@hinchcliffeandbarber.com to discuss any problems you may have.
We cannot refund postage for returns.
If you are returning items please note that ceramics need to well packaged (with no movement in the box) in the original packaging if possible. If the items arrive broken we cannot issue a refund. Prints must be in their protective tissue.
We only refund or exchange items bought direct from www.hinchcliffeandbarber.com, if you have bought an item from a different website or store please follow their directions for refunds and exchanges.
